T.O. Balloons

Excellent experience with T.O. Balloons! I reached out last-minute to arrange a balloon bouquet for my son’s birthday, initially inquiring about next-day delivery. Mike was incredibly friendly, professional, and reassuring, even making same-day delivery possible, which was such a help. The bouquet was perfectly themed, delivered hours later, and the entire experience was seamless. As a mom of four young kids, I really value simplicity and reliability, and TO Balloons delivered exactly that. I’ll absolutely be using them again and recommending them to others!

Amazing service and I haven't even received my balloons yet. I believe I was speaking to Julie. She accepted my over the phone order, was very patient, helpful and efficient. I work in the service industry and I must say, I never thought I would receive the best care through a balloon store. Keep up the great work. Btw, order was made around 10am and balloons will arrive in a couple hours. I am mind blown by how quick they can get this done.

As always, ordering online was simple, and the follow-up confirmation call to ensure the order, delivery date and time was appreciated. The custom logo added to the balloons was a great touch. Thank you TO Balloons!

I ordered 60 balloons for my wife's 60th birthday bash. When they arrived at our home, we counted -- and there were only 55! I sent an email to the T.O. Balloons team and within the hour, they were back at our house with extra balloons. I was very impressed with their customer service and attention to detail. And yes, the balloons were a big hit and set a festive mood!

Ordered custom balloons for a company event - they unfortunately arrived slightly different than what we ordered/expected and the team at TO Balloons made it right IMMEDIATELY. I literally can't say enough about this experience - 100/10, definitely recommend working with this team. Their customer service is beyond incredible. Will definitely use them again in the future!
