1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using easybday.app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

2Nature of the Service

EasyBday is an AI-assisted birthday party planning platform. We help hosts manage guest lists, coordinate gift registries, and communicate with attendees.

Intermediary Role: EasyBday is not a party to any agreement between you and any third-party venue or vendor. All bookings, payments, and contractual arrangements are made directly between you and the provider.

Marketplace Discovery: The Service includes a publicly accessible Marketplace where venues and vendors list their services. EasyBday does not vet, endorse, or guarantee the quality, safety, or availability of any listed business.

Future Updates: We reserve the right to introduce additional services, including direct booking or payment processing features, with advance notice.

3AI-Generated Content

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate suggestions including gift registry recommendations, venue matches, and planning prompts.

•Accuracy: AI-generated suggestions are provided for convenience only. EasyBday does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, pricing, or safety of any AI-generated recommendation. Always verify details directly with the provider.
•No Professional Advice: Nothing generated by the Service constitutes legal, medical, financial, or professional advice of any kind.

4Payments and Tipping

Access to the Service is currently provided without a fixed subscription fee.

•Voluntary Tips: You may choose to leave a voluntary tip at the conclusion of your planning process. All tips are non-refundable.
•Third-Party Costs: You are solely responsible for all fees, deposits, and costs charged by venues or vendors you discover through the Service. EasyBday is not responsible for any third-party pricing changes or billing disputes.
•Stripe Processing: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By making a payment through the Service, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5User Content and Media

You may upload photos, videos, and other content to your event dashboard.

•License Grant: You grant EasyBday a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display your uploaded content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you and your guests.
•Media Retention: All uploaded media will be permanently deleted from our servers 30 days after your designated party date. We do not use your personal media for marketing or any other purpose.
•Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any content. Do not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property or violates any law.

6Guest Access and Magic Links

EasyBday uses unique, time-limited links to give guests access to party information, RSVPs, and gift registries. You are responsible for distributing these links responsibly. EasyBday is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from a link being shared beyond your intended guest list.

7Children's Privacy

EasyBday is a platform for planning children's birthday events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the Service, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.

8Marketplace Interaction

The EasyBday Marketplace allows you to discover venues and vendors. When you interact with a business listed on the Marketplace:

•EasyBday acts solely as a discovery intermediary. We are not responsible for the conduct, quality, safety, or reliability of any listed business.
•Any agreement you enter into with a venue or vendor is solely between you and that business.
•Businesses listed on the Marketplace are subject to separate commercial terms. Their listing does not constitute an endorsement by EasyBday.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyBday and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

•Your interactions with any third-party venue or vendor, including cancellations, no-shows, injuries, property damage, or unsatisfactory service.
•Inaccuracies in AI-generated content suggestions.
•Temporary service interruptions or data loss.
•Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own actions.

10Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

11Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
