EasyBday was built by a Whitby family after planning real kids’ birthdays and seeing how messy invites, RSVPs, waivers, gifts, and photos can get. We wanted a simpler, safer way for families in the GTA and Durham Region to organize birthdays without chasing details across five different apps.

Application Purpose: EasyBday is a post-booking SaaS utility built to simplify children's birthday party organization. Our tools allow hosts to customize digital invitations, track guest RSVPs and diet preferences, upload post-party photos to a shared gallery, manage waiver distributions, and compile registries.
Google OAuth Data Usage & Privacy: To create an account and manage your party details, you can log in using Google Sign-In. EasyBday requests access to your basic Google profile (specifically email address, name, and profile photo) under standard non-sensitive scopes. We use this data strictly to authenticate users, display personalized host dashboards, and send transactional email updates. We do not access calendar, contacts, or drive data. EasyBday's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
