3. Artificial Intelligence

To provide our planning features, we utilize third party cloud AI models (such as Gemini or ChatGPT).

• Processing: Your inputs may be processed by these providers to generate responses.
• Training: While easybday.app does not use your personal data to train our own models, these third party providers may have their own data retention and training policies.

4. Data Retention

• Media Purge: Any photos or videos uploaded to an event are automatically and permanently deleted from our systems 30 days after the event date.
• Account Data: You may request the deletion of your account and associated text data at any time through your account settings.

5. Affiliate Links

Currently, the Service does not utilize affiliate tracking. We plan to introduce affiliate links in the future, which may involve third party cookies to track successful referrals.

6. Security

We implement technical measures to protect your data. However, no internet based service is 100% secure. We encourage users to use unique passwords and exercise caution when sharing sensitive event details.

8. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

EasyBday's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We access user credentials and profiles obtained via Google Sign-In solely to identify hosts, manage birthday event dashboards, and deliver transaction confirmation emails. We do not store sensitive scopes, and we do not sell or transfer this user data to third-party advertising partners.
