Bounce'N'Play II

Thank you Bounce & Play ll for making my son's 5th birthday unforgettable! The kids had a great time playing, especially in the huge bouncy house! The kids loved how fast and dark the curly slide was! The toys for the younger kids were appreciated because the kids were all different age groups. It was so convenient to have such a huge sitting area. The parents were comfortable while the kids played. They were able to have a good time just hanging out and chatting. There were enough seats for all kids and adults. The counter space was huge, and it was so convenient we were able to bring our own food! We did a little buffet set up because there was so much room! The washrooms were conventionally close making it easier for parents to supervise children. The fridge kept all drinks cold and microwave was convenient to warm food for the late comers. The best part about this indoor playground is that it's completely private! We were even given extra time for set up which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely choose Bounce & Play ll for my sons next birthday party, he had a blast! Thank you!!

I was invited for a birthday party to this place and we didn’t have a good experience. The place was dirty and smell of some kind of odour and the fridge was dirty in and out, my kids socks I had to throw out because it was filthy and they say no shoe in the washroom they expect us to go inside with any slippers… if they main playroom is not clean how can you expect a washroom to be. The toys were dirty to play with… even the cushions on the floor were so dirty. My first and last time.

Really sad to see a children's playground in this state. There don't seem to be any standards of cleanliness or keeping things in good repair. This place was almost eerie- hard to explain. We will not be returning.

Great indoor playground. Had a blast at Bounce N Play indoor playground! The kids had a blast bouncing, playing and laughing together. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everyone had a great time. The play area was clean and well maintained, with plenty of fun activities to keep the kids entertained. Highly recommend with 5 stars!!

We had such a wonderful time at Bounce and Play! The kids absolutely loved it , they were full of energy and smiles the entire visit. There were so many fun activities and exciting experiences that kept them entertained for hours. It’s a great place for kids to play, explore, and burn off energy in a safe, friendly environment. We’ll definitely be coming back soon!
