Balloon Express

Thank you so much to Victor and his team at Balloon Express! This is our 4th year ordering balloon arrangements through this company and they have not disappointed! Customer service is over and above. Victor himself delivered our very large (corporate conference) order to our venue (making two trips!). With his help and suggestions, the arrangements were beautiful! While arranging the balloons in the space, here came Victor, with a few more arrangements for us (trip #3) explaining that he had popped a couple prior in transit...we wouldn't have even noticed! Thank you again Victor and the Balloon Express team for your honestly and great customer service.

I called up with a RUSH request for a big event taking place the next day. The person I spoke with was GREAT at helping me figure out what I needed. The balloon "trees" were fantastic! And the delivery guy was nice too -- came early and set them up so quickly. Thanks!!

On Nov 4th 2017 - We had our daughter's 25th Birthday Party - I called Balloon Express and spoke with Victor - He was such a great help in helping me choose the right balloons for the event - They were delivered to the venue on time as promised - And they were beautiful - Just the way I wanted them - Lots of compliments from the guests - I will only go to Balloon Express for any future balloon decorations I need - Thank you Victor for making the party so special.

I cannot begin to express how great of an experience I had with Balloon Express, specifically with Esther (and her amazing customer service)! I had placed a curbside order online, but was not given an option for when I needed the balloons, I called in when I had a moment and left a message (as it was after hours I was hoping to get a reply/call in the morning). Esther, to my surprise, promptly called me back and let me know they were having some website issues which is why that happened. She asked me what date/time I needed and then said she’d confirm with me the next day if it could be fulfilled. The next day I got a call saying all was good, and that my order would be ready when it was needed. Come the day of, Esther called me in the morning just to confirm a few details to make sure it was what I wanted. I had a bit of trouble finding the place, but a quick call to Balloon Express got me to where I needed. The balloon bouquet was beautiful!! With the lockdown, we are not able to celebrate birthdays as we once did so I wanted to make this one special for my mom, and WOW did Balloon Express deliver!! I will definitely be back for my next balloon order and will be recommending Balloon Express to others, so great they are a local business too. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Balloon Express provided me with their services for my son’s 1st birthday. Esther at Balloon Express was simply a delight to work with :) She answered ALL of my questions and inquiries within an impressive time frame. She suggested decor tips and ideas which when brought to life were really fun and fit the theme I was going for. The balloons were delivered right on time with friendly service. I would definitely recommend and / or use their services again.
