YOYO's Family Fun Center

My son loves it here! We come almost everyday during the week, the staff are friendly and keep the place clean and sanitized! It’s definitely a place to bring the kiddos to burn energy and have fun! We look forward to keep coming here in the future.

Yoyo’s Family Centre is a truly wonderful place for children and families. The environment is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for kids to learn, play, and feel comfortable. The staff are incredibly kind, patient, and caring — you can really see how much love and effort they put into everything they do. The centre feels very safe and well-organized, and the activities are engaging and age-appropriate. It’s clear that children are encouraged to grow, explore, and build confidence in a positive way. As a parent/family member, it gives so much peace of mind knowing that children are surrounded by such supportive and attentive people. I highly recommend Yoyo’s Family Centre to any family looking for a nurturing, friendly, and trustworthy place for their children. Place has received a full tear down and revamp. Every thing in great condition there are a lot of things for kids to enjoy. Entrance is $12/kid with 2 adults. The video game area is still old and quite expensive for games with the lowest at 1.50/game and few games out of order. Hopefully soon it gets a revamp as well like the play area. The place is cleaned and the age 1-3 area is monitored more than before to make sure small kids get to play safely without bumping into big kids.

My children and I love this place. Not only is the staff so friendly. They try their best to keep it safe fun. I love that they have a toddler section and that they really try their best to keep the big kids out. And it's so clean. I constantly see them cleaning the entire time. 2 hours is a great amount of time for the price that you pay to go. Thank you yo-yos

Staff is extremely rude for no reason. They do not like kids even tho its a kids facility. Ill never go back here after today. I bought a game card for the arcade. It didnt work so I had my daughter go get the front desk lady. She gave her attitude and kept asking her how much she paid when she was only asking her to come over for me. Like lady.... if you dont enjoy kids and cant speak to them this isnt the business for you... then she tried telling me the receipt I had, had another time on it... she didnt believe me so much that I had to show her my bank statement. No smile, no appreciation for spending my money, nothing. Shes just walking around staring rudely at all the kids. Never coming back. Id rather go to a park for free LOL maybe we will try the slides place next time on dougall. I like to spend my money at places where people are kind.
