Trapped Windsor Escape Room

The escape rooms are incredibly creative, immersive, and challenging in the best way. The puzzles are well thought out, the atmosphere is amazing, and the whole experience feels very high quality from start to finish. Been here with the husand and kids for all 4 rooms. Huge shout-out to Yaz, Hadi, Aidan, Khalil, and Isabella — they were all super welcoming, professional, and made the experience even better with their enthusiasm and great customer service. You can really tell they care about making sure everyone has a great time. This is easily one of the best things to do in Windsor with friends or family. We hope to see some new rooms in the future because we would love to come back. Highly recommend!

Very kind staff, very fun place! I had a great time at this escape room. I didn’t know Windsor had such fun activities but this is one of the most entertaining activities I’ve done! Isabella helped us out and she was amazing. Very patient and gave us great hints everytime we needed them without cutting us off. We will definitely be back! Thanks Isabella

We had an amazing experience at Trapped Windsor, and a huge part of that was thanks to Yaz. She is incredibly professional, welcoming, and genuinely supportive from start to finish. Yaz explained everything clearly, made us feel comfortable, and was always encouraging throughout the game. Her positive energy and attention to detail really elevated the whole escape room experience. You can tell she truly cares about guests having a great time. Honestly, the best escape room I’ve ever been to. The room itself was really cool, with clever puzzles and a great atmosphere, it was an all around awesome time. The workers were also super friendly, especially Isabella. She was so welcoming and made the whole experience feel special and exciting. I’d definitely go back.
