Olde Towne Bake Shoppe

I probably never have seen nothing similar anywhere !It's just amazingly adorable place !We went there on the Christmas week in Sandwich , and it was spectacular😍

This is a unique experience and stop. This place is not a typical restaurant. It’s one older lady that owns the home(maybe even lives there upstairs, I don’t know) and does all the cooking. One person! It is cash only. So keep that in mind in reading the negative reviews.

I took my mom here for her birthday breakfast. The staff were very rude to us and they also didn't tell us until after our meal that they only accept cash. So my mother had to run down the street to an ATM to get cash while I waited there, they then locked the side door as if I was going to run out without paying the bill. I do not recommend this place. Very cute atmosphere but not worth being treated like a dine & dasher. We even bought cookies and jams but they seemed to think we were trying to steal.

Great home cooked breakfasts. Not FAST food, but wonderful food. Worth the wait. Try their homemade rhubarb jam. And strawberry butter. Amazing!

My recent experience at this restaurant will be my last. While the food was good ,my eggs over easy were hard yoked. The portions were very small . We were given the bill before we were done eating & only when we went up to pay were we Informed it was cash only ! The owner was unpleasant . Just a disappointing experience.
