Went with 11 of my work team and had a great time! We are a wide range of ages (early 20s to late 40s) and all had a fantastic time. We played one round of individual "every man for himself" and another of teams - both were great! I recommend this for a quick activity before heading to dinner or something like that - it doesn't take much time and allows you to bond before heading on somewhere else.

We had a great experience. We were both Laser Quest employees back in the day and wanted to recapture some of the nostalgia of playing. We found that the game experience is fast-paced and a lot of fun! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. And the equipment is not heavy and is very easy to use. I especially liked the interactive hardware in the arena that could offer either bonus points or tag you as a penalty if you hung around it for too long.

Positive experience over all, great staff who are readily available to offer assistance if need be. Clean room and bathrooms. Staff were very accommodating when my daughter’s equipment didn’t work. The major downside is the inability to bring food/drinks and having to use the most expensive pizza place as the only option. We will be happy to return on a walk-in basis.

Brought my 10-year-old and his friends here for his birthday everyone had so much fun. The kids and myself included. The staff were very respectful and professional. The establishment is pretty cool inside there is a lot of ground to cover and you end up walking through it like 10 times in a game overall, I am kind of impressed not gonna lie that’s why I’m leaving this review. I don’t usually leave reviews. Good job guys. Thank you for giving my special guy a good day.

Customer service is amazing. They are very professional and caring. My son was hurt by a child there and they handled the situation perfectly. We went back again another day and my son was having a medical issue. Again they were amazing and caring. Thank you so much. It’s so nice to see that caring and proactive establishments still exist!
