Flying Squirrel Trampoline Park

FILTHY AND OVERPRICED. We came on a Friday for 2pm and were the second family to enter the play area. They don’t open until 2pm, so we were not expecting the whole place to be so unclean and gross! The floors were clearly never vacuumed. There was garbage and dirt everywhere. The couches for watching were dirty with uncleaned, dried spill marks. (I only snapped a couple photos of it all cuz I was trying to keep an eye on my kids) As for price, we went during the toddler time and, in general, it’s a decent price, but I couldn’t believe standard pricing. Single jumper is $25 for a ONE hour. Not even 90 mins. Call me crazy, but I think that’s insane. Overall, the kids had a blast, but I can guarantee we’ll be getting sick after visiting such an unclean and uncared for facility.

We visited Flying Squirrel 🐿️ in Whitby and had an amazing time overall! Perfect place for kids to burn energy and enjoy lots of fun activities. 💯 ✨ Highlights: - Great spot for toddlers and kids 👶🧒 Lots of trampoline areas and safe play zones 🤸‍♂️ - Fun weekend or evening workout for little ones 🏃‍♀️ - Good option for family time 👨‍👩‍👧 - Staff is friendly and helpful 🙌 🍕 Area to Improve: The food court definitely needs improvement. It feels like they mostly focus on birthday parties 🎉 rather than individual walk-in customers. We wanted to order pizza, but since a party was coming up, they said it wasn’t available for us. This was disappointing, especially since we had a guest with us who ended up just having chips & cold drinks 🥤🍟. That experience left a bit of a negative impression, so I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. 👉 Overall: Fantastic place for kids’ activities, but food service should be more customer-friendly. Would still recommend for playtime fun! 👏

We've held my daughters birthday party at the flying squirrel for the last 3 years and truthfully we've never been treated with more kindness, care, consideration and just outright amazing service. This is directly related to our hostess Izabella. She is truly unique in her job and has quite literally become like just another family member who we need to be a part of lol. She is fantastic. We can't explain the lengths she has gone through to make sure our daughter zayla has the absolute best time and to make her feel special on these days. We are eternally greatful for her. I recommend this place to anyone who wants a great family environment and do not hesitate to ask for Izabella, I guarantee you will be as happy as we are. She's just outright awesome!!

My kids was invited for a birthday party. The party was very well organized with kids beginning with jumping, then get pizza, jump again, have cake, and then leave. There was a dedicated staff member that took care of each party. The place is very spacious and had some variety of activities if not everyone wanted to jump. There's also quite a bit of seating for parents all over. I would highly recommend this place for birthday parties.

Definitely lives up to its hype; However not a fan of the main entrance not having someone to ensure security for under age children. The party section on the second floor is crowded. Not much room for a large number of people.
