Escape Game Entertainment Waterloo

This escape room is different then most I have played. There are no locks or keys, everything is run by a computer. You have a tablet that keeps track of where you are in the room and it is also your hint system. We did the witches covenant room and had a great time. First I'm going to start with a few negatives. We weren't really sure when we finished, as it only displayed on the tablet. One of the puzzles also gave us some technical trouble. Now onto the positives. The person who runs this amazing, she is very friendly and knowledgeable. She acknowledged some of the downfalls of the room and explained future plans they have for them. The technology they use is quite impressive. They also allow you take pictures and use your phone as needed unlike most rooms , it was nice to use our Flashlight for this room! She recommended which room we should try next as it is the most up to date. So we will be back to try it out!

Loved, loved the 8Os room. It was so fun and upbeat. Great music and the props are top notch. The puzzles were so different. Thank you Taylor for adding another layer of fun to our evening. Best hostess. We loved that we were able to solve the puzzle. Having hints available if wanted is brilliant; we were able to enjoy all the puzzles

We had an amazing experience at Escape Game Entertainment. We completed Haunted Heirloom and Kidnapped on the same day, and both rooms were well designed with fun and challenging puzzles. Our game master, Taylor, was amazing and made our experience even better. We will definitely be back to try the remaining rooms!

What an amazing experience! My friends and I did one escape room and immediately signed up for another because we were having way too much fun. The rooms were challenging, engaging and exciting! Huge shoutout to Taylor — easily one of the best game masters I've ever had. Her vibe made the whole experience unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back for more! 🎉🔐

Had a great time with my grand daughters in the Kidnapped room. Just the right amount of scary and suspenseful. I love that we could access hints if need be. ( we did, which allowed us to progress and not be frustrated). Taylor, the hostess for our adventure was so patient with the girls ( teenagers), and shared some fun stories. We loved the adventure but I think the girls ( and me) want to go back just to visit Taylor! Worth the money, go!
