Space Centre Vaughan

Very fun trip! The space is really cool and children enjoyed it. The staff were going above and beyond the provide fun for children and were watching out for their safety. The girl in blue space suit at the “tap the screen to find all objects” area was super sweet and cool! Children kept coming back to the area and she was keeping up with them!

The place was great and way bigger than what is shown on the website, we came for a party a few days ago and the service was a little rushed but overall very friendly and helpful and we loved all the shows and options for the kids and adults! Special shout out to the party host triton as he helped my child stop crying and gave the biggest smile to us all and checked on us frequently, he made me pinky promise him to write this review to get him a raise so overall super fun experience and hopefully we will be here again on a less busy day

Kids loved the party! Every single parent I had invited for my daughters birthday hated it! The line up was out the door. All our guests were waiting 25 mins or more just to get in. There was no where to park outside. The streets were full and all surrounding lots of other businesses were also full (even though they come out yelling at you to move your car) The party room was tiny for 25 kids. Adults had no where to sit. We had no where to place our food or pizza that was ordered for the party. The party room was at least 40 degree celcius. So hot we had people eating in the hall because the heat was unbearable. You walk by other party rooms to get to the washroom and you see guest fanning themselves with paper plates. Sad. Breeding germs in that whole establishment. They were over booked, way too many kids, way too many parties going on at once. Re booking the party room 15 mins later not enough time to clean up and kick us out. Totally unorganized. They made the announcement for the cake but no cake was delivered all the kids got frustrated and went back to play. Then another announcement was made for the bday and they did not send us home with things that were included in our bday pkg which was totally overpriced. The ball pit was disgustingly dirty. It probably hasn’t been cleaned or disinfected in the 8 months they’ve been open. We complained about the heat but they refused to turn on the fans! We would never recommend or ever do another party at space centre playground in Vaughan ever again! Sad because the first time we were there we loved it. Never on a weekend and never for a bday. Spare yourself the headaches and complaints from family and friends.

This indoor playground is absolutely wonderful, offering a variety of rooms and spaces that kids will love. The staff are very friendly and genuinely dedicated to helping children learn about our planet and how it works. We attended a birthday party there, and the kids were so engaged that they didn’t want to leave! ‼️As for parking, it can be a bit tricky to find, so a large sign indicating it's behind the building would definitely help visitors find their way more easily.

I had the most amazing experience at the Space Centre. I hosted my son’s Birthday Party and it was such a smooth experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful. From the time I toured the facility with Cameron to the day of the event with my host Tristan. A special shoutout to Tristan who thanks to his hospitality he made my event run smoothly. Also a special thanks to Alex who helped me accommodate last minute changes. All my guests were wowed by the facility that has a combination of fun play and learning experience. I definitely recommend it and I’ll for sure be taking my son there for fun play time! Thank you Space Centre!!
