We booked Playtopia for my nephew’s 2nd birthday and overall it was a lot of fun. The kids had an amazing time—there’s plenty for them to do, and it was a great space for little ones to run around and play. My nephew had a blast, and all the kids seemed really happy and engaged the whole time. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated. They were kind with the kids and made the whole experience feel smooth and enjoyable for the party. My only issue was that my grandma’s jacket went missing by the end of the visit—either stolen or mistakenly taken by someone else. This is concerning, especially because we’re required to leave our shoes and jackets outside before entering. It feels like there should be better security or a more organized system (like labeled cubbies or supervised storage) to prevent things from going missing. Overall, Playtopia is a lot of fun and great for kids’ parties, but I’d recommend keeping a close eye on your personal belongings or leaving valuables at home until they improve the security around the coat and shoe area.

We had a great time at a friends birthday party. The venue was very kid friendly with separate rooms for a very personal experience with intimate guests. It wasn’t so busy and easy to keep track of the kids playing. The bathrooms were clean and had slippers available(we had our shows off). I would highly recommend this place for kids birthdays 🎂. We would even come back for non birthdays and just enjoy the arcades.

After the renovations, there's so much more space for kids to play and have fun! The staff are incredibly friendly, which really adds to the welcoming atmosphere. Parents have plenty of comfortable seating, making it a great spot to relax while the little ones enjoy themselves. The cafe offers a wide variety of options to satisfy any craving. I truly recommend this place for birthday parties, as it creates such a joyful and memorable experience for everyone involved.

This place is really fun. We took our toddler and he had a blast. It might be for bigger kids overall but my toddler had a blast. Be ready to chase your kids through small spaces if you have a little one but it’s fun

We’ve celebrated our son’s birthdays at Playtopia every year, but this visit was very disappointing. A manager approached our table and immediately told us that our son had scratched another child. He even brought the injured boy directly to us, which made it feel like an accusation rather than a question. We understand that kids can accidentally hurt each other, but the way this was handled was not appropriate. What made it more frustrating is that the injured boy could clearly point out who hurt him. Instead of asking him directly, the staff assumed it was our child. A simple moment of investigation would have prevented upsetting our son and putting us in an uncomfortable position. As we were packing up to leave, the manager followed us to the exit. We apologized because we genuinely felt bad for the injured child, but it was heartbreaking to see our son so distressed. Even once we were already in the car, he kept insisting he was innocent. Only afterward did they realize it wasn’t him at all. Thank you for your approach and understanding during the incident. We appreciate that you took the time to speak with us and apologize. At the same time, we want to share how the situation felt from our side. In that moment, it was as if our child was being accused of hurting someone, even though he hadn’t. It was an uncomfortable and embarrassing experience for our family — similar to how someone might feel if they were suddenly accused of shoplifting. Even if the mistake is corrected later, the emotional impact is already there. Because of that, we really felt the need to leave the play area for our son’s sake. Staying after being treated as though he had done something wrong would have only reinforced a negative feeling in him, and we didn’t want him to carry that. We only learned as we were exiting that it wasn’t him, which made the situation even more upsetting. We hope this feedback helps in handling similar situations with more care and proper verification in the future, especially when children’s emotions and reputations are involved.
