Took my 9-year-old boys here for their birthday, and all the kids had an amazing time! Such a cool and unique gaming concept — the kids worked up a sweat. They’ve already been asking to go back! We loved this place and will definitely be bringing the kids back again.

Today at the daycare, they held a graduation ceremony for the children. Since my daughter was only enrolled for the summer, she was excluded—she did not receive a gift, nor was she included in the photos. She has been crying all night, believing that she did something wrong to be left out of the celebration. Two weeks ago, I even asked the director if I needed to bring a gift or pay any additional fee, but no guidance was given. During the event, my daughter had to watch as the other children wore graduation gowns and took pictures, while she was left feeling hurt and excluded. We eventually had to leave so her crying would not disturb other parents. This painful memory will not easily fade from the mind of a 4-year-old child. Such negligence and lack of understanding from the daycare staff is truly disappointing. How can you treat children differently and not realize that a young child cannot understand why she is excluded simply because she was only enrolled for the summer? If you care about the mental and emotional well-being of your children, I would strongly advise against enrolling them here.

Yesterday, for my daughter’s graduation celebration, my husband even offered the kindergarten manager to cover the cost of the gift himself. Not only did they not give her a gift, but they didn’t even take a photo with her. Taking a photo wouldn’t have cost them anything. Our daughter cried until late at night, blaming herself for not receiving a gift. She even woke up crying in the middle of the night several times, repeatedly asking, ‘What about me?’ I really don’t know how to erase this painful memory from our child’s mind. I wouldn’t recommend this kindergarten to anyone for their children.
