I rented an obstacle course for my daughter and their friends. The process was so easy. Kendra was very responsive to all my doubts and very honest about the weather limitations. I was planning my son’s birthday 2 months ahead of time was lucky to have found here on Google maps, Winesa party rentals. Kendra responded to my inquiry right away, which was great because I didn’t have to waste my time on looking for another company. she answered all my questions and provided me all of the information that I needed to know. At first I was worried that she’s gonna forget about my event given that it’s booked way in advance. However, throughout those weeks she’s been keeping tabs and responding to any changes or questions that I’ve asked. Communication with her was great! Now, I am on a budget on this party and honestly the prices of Winesa is fair and the service is amazing. I have opted for the soft play package and an additional ride on coaster and and a delivery pick up service. And I very much so recommend the delivery service. It will just make your life easier! You can relax a little bit on the day of the party or get things done while they are setting up for you. They arrived on time for delivery and pick up and days before Kendra already made arrangements on the details about the delivery. About the rental itself. It was 100%. big hit for the kids. My guests were ranging from 1 year- 9 year old kids and all of them had a blast. All of them had so much fun that they didn’t even wanna eat!!! we received a lot of compliments from our friends that we threw such a fun party! I definitely will recommend Kendra and look forward to working with her again in the future!
