He promises and he delivers no matter the circumstance and beyond that, his service is phenomenal because he operates with so much heart and kindness. Michael did the balloons for my 30th birthday in December and absolutely outdid himself! I let him work his magic, and the result was incredible—everyone, myself included, was in awe. This past weekend, he created the setup for my baby shower, and once again, he delivered beyond expectations.
