Just used party tyme for my daughter‘s sixth birthday party. The booking process was quite easy. I was able to pick the items right off the website and they was sent to confirmation. After that, there was a constant follow up to make sure that everything was planning, including communication of time that items are gonna be dropped off when the staff showed up, they were very pleasant and polite, and they set up according to where I had asked him to put the stuff. The kids had an absolute blast, and it definitely helped with 16 little kids, keeping them busy and entertained. While they were setting up, my daughter had come downstairs and they were very courteous to her as well making small talk and getting her excited for the party. I told him what time the party was ending, and I did get a message shorty after letting Us know what time they would be by to pick up the items. They set up everything, and disassembled everything as well, so I didn’t have to do anything. Overall, great team, great staff, for me, valuable communication was key, and obviously the kids absolutely loving the games and the mascot!!!!

I have been using Party Tyme Rentals for 5 years. I have used them for neighbourhood events in a public park and they were very timely hooking things up and picking things up within the bylaws. Every year we get a giant obstacle course for our backyard and they are always in good shape and a huge hit with kids. Great customer service, always a call or email away.

Gotta check these guys out… last night at the Richmond Hill Christmas market we had the best hot chocolate…. but then I was able to find their food truck and had one of the best chilli I’ve ever had. Made me feel like my grandma’s cooking.

This is my 3rd year having Party Tyme for an event, and I am always happy to have them back! They make booking easy and are very self reliant. Customers love seeing their treats truck. Lines move quickly and food is tasty! Thank you again for another great event Party Tyme!

They just did our Carnival and was amazing. Everything from booking to set up and pick up was wonderful. We got lazer tag, an inflatable obstacle course with various games and snow cone machine. The ice storage bin was a great water bottle cooler. Such great people to work with made everything easy for us. Looking forward to using them again in the future.
