Highly recommend Cloud Hop. Excellent option for a fun filled birthday party. Lots of choices for entertainment and pricing is very reasonable. Love the pick up or delivery option as well. Looking forward to the next Cloud Hop birthday !

We have used two of cloud hop's bouncy castles this year for birthday parties, they are well built, clean, and lots of fun. Very good value for the hours of entertainment it provided the kids. Brent the owner was great to deal with and very knowledgeable with his advice in what is the best castle to use in our yard.

We used cloud hop for a company picnic and I couldn't be more thrilled with the company. The owner showed up exactly when he said he would and set up the two castles plus the " pucker powder" machine in no time. After setup Brent went through the the safety precautions throughly which made me feel comfortable having so many kids around. The castles were very clean with no damage. I would recommend cloud hop to anybody who wants a reliable, clean and dependable castle with a owner who will go through everything with you so you feel at ease and the kids can enjoy the party! 5 stars!

I contacted Cloud Hop about renting a bouncy castle for an event, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The owner Brent was very helpful in all aspects. First he consulted on what the appropriate castle would be based on my budget, as well as the ages and number of party-goers (I rented the Rainforest Double Slide Combo), and was also very flexible on arranging the pick-up and drop off locations/times - despite being located north of the city they are willing to work with people hosting events from all over. Then, he met me to drop off the castle he not only demonstrated how the set-up would work, but also helped me to get the castle and air pump loaded into my vehicle. Having dealt with other party rental companies, it was reassuring to know I was dealing with the owner rather than hired help - great customer service throughout! In terms of the castle itself, it was one of the highlights of the party. I was skeptical, thinking that the kids might get bored of the same apparatus, but not a moment went by without there being at least one kid in the castle (if not multiple), and there were parts of the castle for both the bigger kids as well as the really young ones. It was also quite rugged and in very good condition - these are not cheap castles! I would highly recommend contacting Cloud Hop the next time you are considering hosting/attending a party with children. If your experience is anything like mine was, you will not be disappointed.

On National Health and Fitness Day, Cloud Hop Amusements provided two large inflatables. For years we have been using inflatables at our events, and this was our first time trying Cloud Hop Amusements. At first I was nervous because the price was so much lower than any other company we have gone with. And I was SHOCKED to find out how much better the service was! First of all, Brent Miller, the owner, provided fantastic customer service from the second we inquired about his company, and right until after the event was complete. His major concern was our satisfaction, and it definitely showed! On the event day Brent arrived early, and had everything set up perfectly, and took the time to run every single staff member through the supervision process. He explained everything in detail and even left manuals with us. Everybody loved the inflatables - they were the biggest hit at the event. Afterwards, the clean up was quick and of course Brent followed up with us to make sure everything went smoothly. We've already booked our next event with Cloud Hop Amusements - and we can't wait!
