Jump for Joy Play Centre

We just hosted our son's 2nd birthday party at Jump for Joy Play Centre and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The space was perfect for toddlers: clean, fun, and thoughtfully prepared! The Spider-Man theme was set up so beautifully and with so much care. The entire team was incredibly accommodating and flexible, especially when adjusting the schedule around activities and our children’s musician. Everything felt easy and well-paced. The space was set up perfectly, the food was arranged beautifully, and every detail was handled with care. Irene was wonderful to work with throughout the planning process, and on the day of the party, Femmy and Sienna were amazing with both the kids and the parents; they were warm, attentive, and so engaged. It made such a difference and allowed us to fully enjoy the celebration. The party was a big success, the kids had the best time, and we received so many compliments from other families. We would absolutely recommend Jump for Joy Play Centre for birthday parties and will definitely be back!

We just had our daughter’s 6th birthday party at Jump for Joy Playcentre and it was really a great experience! Irene and her team are great, they have the place all set-up when we arrived and were very fast to help us set-up all the other decors and food we brought. They even had recommendations that made the party better. My daughter and her friends really enjoyed the day, and the parents too as we do not have to worry much about the program or other stuff. The place is clean and well maintained as well, and I like that it is private and smaller than other venues which makes the kids play with each other more. Thanks Jump for Joy!

We recently hosted our grandsons birthday party here, and I can honestly say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, everything was incredibly clean, organized, and welcoming. The play areas were spotless, which gave me so much peace of mind with all the kids running around and touching everything. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. They went above and beyond to assist with every detail — helping set up, keeping things on schedule, and making sure both the kids and adults were comfortable and enjoying themselves. They were attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making the party special. The entire event ran smoothly, and I was actually able to relax and enjoy the celebration instead of worrying about logistics. The kids had an amazing time and didn’t want to leave! I had my daughter’s 3rd birthday here yesterday and highly recommend! Book now! The attention to detail, friendly staff, care, fun, cleanliness, organization, etc was all top notch. We brought cupcakes, snacks, lootbags, and balloons and they took care of the rest. We didn’t have to bring bowls, tongs, candles, additional decorations… nothing! They rallied the kids for pizza then cake and kept things running smoothly and on time. They even served the kids while they were sitting at the table (ie asking the child if they wanted chips or a chocolate or vanilla cupcake and served them individually). Treating them like little adults at a restaurant was very sweet. The staff were very relaxed and constantly poured juice and cleaned up. Everything was very clean. We look forward to coming back next year. The bouncy castle especially was a big hit and tired out the kids, everyone slept well last night. Excellent value for money and massively reduced the hosting stress so we could show up and mingle. THANK YOU to the Jump for Joy team!!
