I ordered a cake for my daughter’s birthday and there was an unexpected issue where the order didn’t go through despite being confirmed verbally. When I reached out, the owner responded immediately, looked into the situation, and went above and beyond to make it right. They still made the cake and had it delivered and it was absolutely divine, hands down the best tasting cake we've ever had! Truly exceptional customer service and care. We couldn’t be happier and will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!

I can't believe I haven't left a review here before 🤦🏻‍♀️ I've been a loyal customer for years and this is hands down my go to bakery. I've tried pretty much every single cupcake on their menu and they are all fantastic! Staff is phenomenal, for my birthday this year, Ness helped my partner surprise me by taking my favourite cupcake chunky monkey and turn it into cake form! They've never done a full version of it before, but it was so successful they've added it to their menu😍 Their cookie-whiches and cheesecake bars are also fantastic. This bakery is by far the best bakery ever! I’ve been going here for years and they’ve done all my cakes from my birthday, friend’s birthdays, to my wedding cake. They are absolutely the best! With the design, delivery, and flavour. They are the complete package. My self and family members have nut allergies and it’s so nice how they are completely nut free. There is no one else better than them! The absolute best bakery 🩷

We ordered our wedding cake from here and it was *chefs kiss*. Guests who don’t normally like red velvet wanted seconds. The design was simple/minimalistic but exactly what we asked for!

Short and Sweet provided the main cake and cupcakes for my daughter’s wedding on October 11th. Ordering the cakes and deciding on flavours was seamless with so much help from Daneet. Cakes arrived at the venue on time and looked amazing. I had so many comments from guests as to how delicious they were. We had gone for a mix of red velvet, vanilla and Oreo as we hadn’t been able to decide between them😁 Thank you again for such great service
