M2 Cake/ M Square Cake DT

A cake that suits Asian tastes. I ordered the 5” Dark Chocolate cake ($43 pre-tax). The layers are well-balanced, with a rich chocolate flavour that isn’t overly sweet, and a subtle hint of coffee. The cream is smooth with a light milky aroma, and the cake itself is soft and fluffy. Very satisfying overall.

WAS LIKE EATING SAND PASTE. The quality of the food and taste was so horrible I couldn’t eat the entire cake. Too pricey for the horrible taste it is now. It was like eating sand as a paste. Their quality has ruined drastically over the few months I had to wait and wait to be ate it was so horrible to eat. This was one of the worst crepe cakes I have tasted. And this used to be one of my fav places. The taste is truly unbearable for all of their desserts.

Ordered the mochi taro cake from M2 Bakery. Packaging was great and the online ordering process was smooth. The cake was tasty, but I was expecting more taro flavor in the cake itself. Most of the taro taste seemed to come from the cream, while the cake layers felt a bit plain. Not quite what I’ve had before with other taro cakes, but still a nice cake overall.

the matcha crepe cake was so beautiful and yummy. it literally best texture experience because of all the thin crepe layers so the cream in between them with the soft crepe just melts so well. 10/10 cake, i can’t wait to go back
