Got a custom black Black Forest cake for my birthday and it was genuinely exactly what I had described and pictured. Richard was very quick and answered every concern and inquiry I had. The cake was also a hit among all my guests and myself. Gorgeous

I recently ordered a Pokémon cake for my son’s 7th birthday party, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The team at Celena’s Birthday Party was incredibly easy to work with and so accommodating, especially given my son’s severe nut allergy. They made the process stress-free and reassuring from start to finish. The cake turned out exactly as I had hoped, and we received so many compliments from party guests asking where it came from. It looked amazing and tasted great too. Highly recommend Celena’s Birthday Party for both their beautiful cakes and their outstanding service!

I'm glad I found this lovely gem of a bakery/coffee café on the Danny across from East Lynn Park. Baked goods are yummy. My chai latte was good. Good vibes and great place to pause.

Update: The pumpkin pie, which was made with REAL, fresh pumpkin, was absolutely delicious!! ---- I was a terrible person and left things to the last minute. I ordered a pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving online on Friday and I got an email confirmation the same day. I was so grateful they were open Sunday for pick up. Pickup was very smooth. Thank you!! I walked in and so many amazing smells just HIT me! Picked up a Nanaimo bar to enjoy on the spot. I'll absolutely be back to try something savoury next time!

I don’t usually like leaving negative reviews for small businesses, but I was really disappointed with my recent experience with Celena’s Bakery especially given that the order was for a special occasion. I called to place an order for my daughter’s birthday cake, and during the call my order was verbally confirmed. I was even told, “consider your order confirmed,” and that I would receive an email so I could pay the deposit when I had a chance. The email with the payment request came later that afternoon. I was busy that evening, and when I went to pay the deposit the next day at lunch, less than 24 hours later, I discovered that my order had already been cancelled without notice.
