Sketch Clay + Pottery

*Edited to add finished pieces* Highly recommend! My best friend and I went yesterday to lift our spirits, and wow did they deliver! We arrived at about 4pm, were greeted warmly by staff and the owners, and invited to choose a pre-made ceramic item from their shelf to paint. I'm sorry I didn't get the young girls' name who helped us, but she was so patient with all of our newcomer questions! She apologized and let us know if may be a while before our items got into the kiln, which we had no problem with. We didn't realize our painting plan for our pieces were going to take as long as it did, but she was so great and understanding, didn't rush is at all, and even invited us to have the special (2 pieces to paint, a good sized pizza, and two adult beverages for only $75+taxes!). It wasn't much more than we were planning to spend, and it truly made our day to get that little bit extra and have a "bestie date night"! Open, clean, friendly environment, staff and owners went above and beyond, reasonably priced; if I could give more stars, I would! Thank you, our night was truly wonderful! It was exactly what our minds and spirits needed. We are so grateful for the experience, and for her suggesting the pizza! **Edit**: Finished pieces came out way sooner than expected, and they look absolutely wonderful! Friendly notification, easy pick up process, well wrapped to prevent damage. More stars!!!

We had the most amazing time at this pottery studio. The teacher was incredibly welcoming patient knowledgeable, and funny. She made it so easy to get into the creative zone. The whole atmosphere was super fun, relaxed and inspiring. Everyone was so encouraging and supportive. The energy was definitely contagious. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, I highly recommend Urban Surf for anyone looking to try something new and creative …..sign up for one of these classes.

The best place in Windsor for pottery and vibes for sure !!! I’ve never been to a place where I’ve felt so welcomed from complete strangers !!! These amazing people have truly created one of the best creative outlets possible !!! The food, the drinks the music the ambiance everything about this place is fantastic I highly recommend!! Amazing to bring your family, friends or date night !!! Truly a unique spot in our community

Everything about this place is warm, inclusive, fun, and engaging. The staff are friendly, informative, and fun to be around. The atmosphere makes you feel like you are away but not too far from home, and you can either do something on your own, or with friends. Support locally - but especially to this amazing crew!

Jailyn was such an amazing teacher for the 6-week pottery course! It was fun and hands on, with a lot of instruction and laughs. I went in with zero experience, and still managed to make a number of really nice pieces! There is a lot of freedom given to play around and explore what you can do with the clay.
