Playtopia St. Catharines

Amazing place for kids and families! The space is large, bright, and very clean, with colorful areas that immediately get kids excited. There’s a great variety of activities suitable for different ages, so everyone can have fun safely. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Seating areas for parents are comfortable, and everything feels well-organized and thoughtfully designed. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend it to any family looking for a fun and well-maintained indoor playground! 👏

We had a good time with our toddler. The staff were friendly and the place seemed clean. Our daughter had a fantastic time and it ate up 2 hours quite well. The only issues we had there were other parents not parenting their kids (too old in the toddler area) and not allowing outside food and drink was silly too. If you had reasonable prices and healthier options for food, than id understand but we shouldn't be forced with young kids to eat slop. That's the only reason I dropped a star. Otherwise I'd recommend trying this place.

We had our son’s 10th birthday party here. Mia and Zara helped us with setting, decor and delivering food on time. They were prompt and very helpful. The front staff was very responsive and helpful aswell. Overall they made sure that we got everything we needed and that we were happy! All the kids had good time and loved the pizza they provided with the package. One of the kids even asked me where is the pizza from it tastes really good. Made my day! We are so happy with the team and the amenities were spot on. The place is very well maintained- it’s clean and tidy. They make announcements whenever you want the kids to come back to the room for cake cutting which is perfect. Would definitely be back!

It is very important you choose a time to come here. We came the first time on a holiday and it was really busy, but we won the second time on a weekday there was nobody and it was so much more enjoyable. They do offer 3 months pass and thats what we got in our second visit. Its our favorite thing to do in winter time. Can't wait to our future visits ✨❤

Wow! I had been looking up the place online for a while because I wanted to take my nephew and niece there. Finally went today, September 20th, and the place looks even better in person. The front desk lady who attended to me was very kind and patient. Everything was clean. Washroom was sparkling clean. There was always an associate around to help and answer questions. Lots of varieties of games for toddlers. The place is generally safe for kids and toddlers. Thumbs up to the Playtopia team. 20 stars ⭐️
