Aerosports Trampoline Park

Had a birthday party here and it went great. I was a bit skeptical at first after reading some mixed reviews, but my personal experience was honestly really good. Booking was easy and everything was set up when we got there. The place was clean, organized, and didn’t feel chaotic even with lots of kids around. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the kids had an awesome time the whole way through. Overall it was a smooth experience; would definitely come back for another party.

We had our kids birthday party here. Highly recommend ! It was reasonably priced with lots of different add on options to make your party smooth and easy. You can also bring some food and decorations at no extra fee. We were lucky enough that our party fell in the hours of the glow in the dark time , which the kids absolutely loved! This was a very easy, fun party option for our family. Our party host, Sukhwinder, was fantastic. She was very friendly and helpful. She made us feel very welcome and helped us serve the kids pizza and cake.

Its a good place to go but if you do a birthday party make sure that you get everything you paid for. I selected the glow in the dark room and they messed up because I think they double book it or something we ended up getting it but at a later time. They also need to make those rooms bigger and more glow in the dark themed because if we had a more in our party we differently wouldn't been able to fit. My host was a very nice woman.

I took my kids here and then used the washroom. I noticed washroom was so dirty and unclean. I paid almost $100 for one hour and here are the results. No garbage cans and no napkins with napkin holder. Imagine your kids using this dirty washrooms!!!! You make tons of money and don’t care about hygiene. That’s disgusting. The inspection should be aware of that because it’s our kids. Our future.

I called while comparing several venues for my four-year-old daughter’s birthday. This was easily the worst experience of all of them. Before reaching a human, I had to fight through layers of AI prompts that mispronounced basic local place names. If you live in the area, you may not even understand what the system is trying to say. Getting a simple quote should not feel like a test of patience. When I finally spoke to a person, I was quoted roughly $45 plus tax per child for a four-year-old birthday party. At that rate, a small group quickly approaches $1,000 for about two hours of jumping, shared pizza, and socks. That pricing makes no sense for what’s offered. For the same money, I’d rather host family at home with food and zero stress. Buyer beware. There are multiple competitors nearby offering similar experiences for far less money, and they actually answer their phones. Additionally, I will say I have visited here with my daughter. And while my daughter had tons of fun The condition of this location has severely gone downhill. Many mats are ripped and poorly repaired the bathroom don’t get me started on the bathrooms, yuck. And just the overall lack of pride of ownership, As a business owner myself, I can see they’re just there to cut costs and maximize margin Spend your money elsewhere
