The Imaginarium

First time doing an escape room! Staff was super friendly. The room was so immersive and the puzzles were the exact right kind of challenging. We went as a group of 3 and really had to put our heads together. It’s not too scary or claustrophobic which I was worried about. We did the Wileshire Hotel room and it reminded me of the Haunted Mansion at Disney World. Will definitely be coming back to try the other rooms!

Absolutely outstanding experience from the moment we entered the escape room we were captivated by the atmosphere and meticulous attention to detail. The themed decor transported us into a different world, making every corner feel part of an intricate puzzle. The challenges were cleverly designed, challenging but not too difficult. Each puzzle was engaging and interactive for the whole team. The staff were enthusiastic and helpful, guiding us through the experience when we needed assistance. Definitely recommend and look forward to coming back to play their other games

I know the owner son personally, Leo. He's a great kid with a lot of energy and drive which led to excellent customer service. The room itself was very immersive. It was the Hotel one. It had great set decoration as well as challenging but solvable puzzles. The story within the escape room itself was also very intriguing. All in all, I had a great experience and would definitely go again for another room.

Normally I don’t write reviews, but this escape room was so good that I had to leave one. We did it as a group of 4, and it was the perfect balance — everyone stayed involved and busy. The room was somewhat scary, but in a fun way, not overwhelming. The visuals and lighting were really well done, which added a lot to the atmosphere and made the experience feel immersive. The puzzles were solid and well-paced; I’d rate the difficulty around 3.8/5, challenging enough to keep things interesting without being frustrating. On top of that, the staff were super friendly and welcoming, which honestly made a big difference. They explained everything clearly and were great throughout the experience. Highly recommend checking this place out — definitely worth it, even if you’re not usually someone who writes reviews!

An amazing place! We did Wiltshire Hotel and the props and design were so well done! The staff were great as well! We have done a lot of escape rooms and this is one of the top places for sure! You won't be disappointed!
