Honestly, a very detailed and fun escape room place. Went to most of the rooms here and they are generally pretty fun and engaging to do. The price isn’t too crazy either, pretty standard for escape rooms. Wouldn’t say they’re the best but definitely up there. Recently went to try out the chaos kitchen one and it was different and while not the standard escape room, I would say I really enjoyed it, felt fun figuring out most the puzzles. Due to replayability, they don’t debrief at the end for this specific room, which can leave some puzzles that felt confusing to be unanswered. They offer a $3 discount for social media posts which can reflect on the reviews. The lobby area is really large and can accommodate multiple groups, and the staff are relatively nice. I would recommend going to this escape room if you’re trying to get that itch without breaking the $50 entry for the longer escape rooms. 84/100

Great experience at Omventure Escape Room! We went as a group of 8 and had an amazing time. The puzzles were engaging, well thought out, and really fun to solve together. Everyone was fully involved and entertained throughout the experience. I was also impressed by their marketing approach. They were offering a small incentive for pre-visit reviews is a clever idea and clearly reflects their confidence in the experience. I’m updating my review now after playing because it genuinely lived up to (and exceeded) expectations. 😜 Overall, it was a great find. We were fully entertained, had a lot of fun, and would definitely recommend it to others. Will absolutely be going again!

I’ve done my fair share of escape rooms, but I’ve never experienced such a complete lack of basic customer service as I did at Omescape. We were about halfway through a room when one of our teammates had a genuine emergency and needed to use the washroom. Obviously, we know the "don't leave the room" rule, but life happens. When he stepped out, the staff informed him that he was strictly barred from reentry. The Issues: Zero Flexibility: They treated a bathroom break like a high-security breach. There was no attempt to let him back in once he was finished. He had to sit in the lobby for 30 minutes while the rest of us tried to finish with a missing person. Rude Staff: It wasn't just the policy; it was the attitude. The staff was incredibly condescending and dismissive when we tried to explain the situation. No empathy, just a "not our problem" vibe that soured the entire mood. Waste of Money: We paid for a full team experience, and because of a 2-minute biological necessity, one of us was excluded from half the game. It’s a shame because the room design was decent, but the hostile management and rigid rules make it impossible to recommend. If you value being treated like a human being rather than a nuisance, take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of other escape rooms in the city that actually understand hospitality. Avoid this place if you want a fun, stress-free night

Chaos kitchen was a unique experience. Definitely can be played more than once given the large number of puzzles. I think the experience could be improved by giving teams point targets based on the size of each group. That way we know what point total we need to get a 5 star rating. Also point targets should vary with group size. Just a minor change would give everyone a more clear goal. I'm already planning to come back and try again :) Great addition! Congrats!

We went here for one of their rooms (Red Admiral) and it was amazing! Their booking was pretty straightforward and they let us book over the phone, even though it was a bit last minute. Great customer service! Would recommend it!
