​We recently hosted our son’s 7th birthday at Giggles Playland, and the experience was incredible! Our son felt like a total king handing out the generous amount of tokens included in our package, and the video dance party was a massive hit with all the kids. ​Being allowed to bring our own food was a huge stress reliever. The staff kindly helped serve, and John was amazing—he took care of sequencing every aspect of the party so we could actually enjoy it. While the kids were busy, the parents loved the vintage arcade machine; it’s truly a hit for all ages! The facility was clean, safe, and professionally managed. Highly recommend!

I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience at Giggle was truly fantastic and deserves recognition. One thing I would say about them is: “They promise less, but they do so much more to make your day memorable.” I honestly wasn’t expecting much help with the setup, food arrangement, and overall party organization, but the staff went above and beyond. They helped us with setting up the food, organizing everything beautifully, cleaning trays, and making the entire party area look amazing throughout the event. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made a huge difference. A special thank you to John and the other wonderful staff member who supported us so much during the party. The announcements were perfectly on time, the party layout was excellent, and the dance party was absolutely fantastic. What I loved most is that Giggle is not only incredibly kid-friendly, but also enjoyable for adults and parents. Parents actually get a chance to relax and enjoy the celebration too, which is rare at many kids’ party places. Another thing that really stood out was how thoughtful and kind they were with the kids during the prize and return gift experience. Sometimes kids may have fewer tokens than needed for certain prizes, but the staff truly go above and beyond to make every child happy. They make sure every kid leaves with something special from the play store, which was such a heartwarming touch. Thank you to the entire team for making our celebration so special, stress-free, and memorable. Highly recommend Giggle for birthday parties and family celebrations!

We had my daughter’s birthday party here and I honestly can’t say enough good things! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfectly organized and completely stress free. John and his staff were absolutely incredible professional, attentive, friendly, and truly on top of every single detail. They handled everything, which allowed us to actually enjoy the party instead of worrying about logistics. The kids had the BEST time, especially during the dance party it was energetic, fun, and so well run. Every activity flowed smoothly, and you can tell the staff genuinely care about making each child feel special. The space was clean, well managed, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
