Aerosports Parks - Scarborough/Toronto

Visited on New Year's day. Doors were locked when we arrived around 11am. Luckily there was a staff member who just happened to start their shift and called other members to open up. The shoe/coat section is nice and spacious however it lacked any type of seating and needs more space for coats along with hangers. Staff were friendly and professional. The go karts were not available as they were still waiting on licensing, which was quiet disappointing and wish it was mentioned on the web site. There were no "gate" so some visitors and staff were wearing shoes around and in some of the play areas so my socks got wet and was stepping on road salt. There's a loading door right next to the slides and it was quiet cold in that area and there was dirty shoe tracks all over. The main play area could use some more seats and tables. It was not busy when we arrived and there was barely any seating available. The ball pit area was severely lacking of balls. Seeing promotional videos of what I assume are other locations make this a great idea but the execution is lacking for the Scarborough location. Sadly I will not be retuning as it was quiet a disappointing experience.

We had so much fun here!!! Highlight of our visit: Go-Kart & Laser tag. 💗 Go-kart = 10 laps, no phones/gadgets allowed and should be wearing shoes for this one, they provide like a head cover before you put on their helmet, strictly visors down as well. 😎 Laser tag = 10min game, the more the merrier! They have a screen that shows points of both teams and the timer. 😊 For first-timer, you need to do their waiver before they give your wristband & free grip-socks as it is mandatory. We visited on a weekday, so it wasn't crowded at all. It was worth it since it's a huge indoor trampoline park. We got to do some fun obstacles. A little kids-at-heart fun moments as our pause in this busy city. Check their website for exciting promos! They do birthday month promos & more. Will definitely come back, to try the 360 bicycle thingy 🤣

Had an amazing experience at the go-karting track thanks to Arya! From the moment we arrived, Arya was friendly, professional, and super helpful in explaining the rules and making sure we felt comfortable and safe. The service was quick, organized, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more fun and stress-free. You can tell Arya genuinely cares about customers having a great time. Highly recommend, we’ll definitely be back!

From start to finish, the friendly staff(Deepanshi)helped us with sincere care and never lost her smile. The facility was very clean, and all of the children were completely satisfied. Even though it was late and the staff could have been tired, they handled additional pizza orders and changes to the birthday package smoothly and professionally. The birthday party room was also spacious and comfortable. The newly opened go-kart area was a huge hit with the kids—they absolutely loved it. We will definitely recommend this place to everyone around us, and we will absolutely be visiting again.

We recently celebrated my son’s 8th birthday at Aerosports, and it was an amazing experience! Shout out to Amber, the host, and Anderson, the manager, for being on top of everything and making sure the party ran smoothly. Both of them were easygoing and very attentive whenever I spoke with them. All of my son’s friends and even their parents had a fantastic time, especially on the go-karts. We purchased the Ultimate Birthday Package, and it was absolutely worth it. Even though it was busy, they did a great job scheduling time slots for birthday parties, particularly for the go-karts, so everything stayed organized. One suggestion for improvement would be to have more food carts available for birthday parties, especially during the winter. Since there’s currently only one on the premises, the food can get cold by the time it reaches the party rooms. It might be helpful to have at least one food cart per room to keep everything warm and convenient. I was able to place our food on the registration counter while waiting for our room, which helped, but having additional carts would be a better long-term solution. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Aerosports for birthday celebrations. We’ll be back!
