We placed a last minute request for a bouncy castle and they were able to fulfill our daughter's dream of jumping in a princess castle for her birthday with very short notice. Matthew arrived promptly on time for set-up and took care of all aspects of the take down. The bouncy castle itself was clean, pristine and provided hours of entertainment. Andrew was an absolute pleasure to work with and the booking process was seamless. We had a wonderful experience with King of The Castle and would go back to them again.

We contacted King of the Castle for a school event very last minute and Andrew was very accommodating! He always answers his phone and returns call. Can’t be happier with his courteous and professional customer service! Even though our budget is very limited (i.e. a very small business transaction), Andrew still patiently answered all of our questions and offered great products that both fit our budget and were a great hit to the kids.
