The place is a must-go one for balloons in Richmond. They have a diverse collections of balloons that you can always find your favourites. The lady has a great taste of setting up balloon boutique mixing matching them together. My daughter loves her 13th birthday balloon boutique. She was curious about different sizes balloons, and the lady spent some valuable time to explain when she actually uses these balloons for and showed her pictures of her previous projects. It was a wonderful experience for our family. Will definitely come back for all occassions and party balloons.

Just over a week ago, I found myself needing balloon decorations at the last minute for an event, with absolutely no experience making anything myself. I remembered this balloon store in Steveston was close by and decided to stop in—and I am so glad I did! I was honestly blown away by the selection. They had every kind of balloon you could imagine!! What made the experience even better was the incredible customer service. The woman working there was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable—she took the time to give me tips and tricks to help make sure my project turned out successfully, which meant so much as a total beginner. I also discovered they have new backdrops and frames for rent, which I ended up using to create a much needed little photo-op area. This shop is truly a hidden gem. Amazing variety, reasonable rentals, and hands-down some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. If you need balloons or event décor of any kind, check here first—they’ll likely have exactly what you’re looking for. Highly, highly recommend!

We ordered a gender reveal balloon from Balloon Place last year and was so impressed with how well the balloons held up! The quality is amazing and prices are reasonable for the quality, you just cannot compare it to the dollar store helium balloons that deflate within a day. We had to visit Tammy again for my baby’s 1st birthday. Ordered jungle themed animal display and Tammy really did an amazing job for our kiddo!! The balloons looked amazing for his birthday party!
