Ilya and team have hosted quite a few parties for us already. They plan well in advance, clearly communicate the schedule and open for any customizations too. They are punctual, keep kids quite engaging throughout the event and cordial with their parents too. They strive to give kids an unforgettable experience. Please be aware that if you go with Ilya and his entertainment services that what they promise is not what they deliver. I had requested for the "bubble show extravaganza" for my son's 3rd birthday in September and it was hardly an extravaganza, all it included was having kids put in a giant bubble. The kids were sitting on mats waiting for a show. In the email communication he promised an "unforgettable celebration" and two young individuals in plain clothes arrived, quiet and barely engaging with the kids. I spoke with the two "entertainers" to ask about the show, they were lovely polite individuals who had no idea what they signed up for as the owner of this business did not communicate the package. They were clearly not entertainers as they had a lacklustre engagement with the kids. In my multiple correspondance emails with Ilya, not once or twice but many times he said it would include "a magical performance with giant bubbles, dazzling tricks and signature bubble in the hoop experience" however there was no performance or tricks of any kind. When I told him my experience over the phone, he was apologetic for misleading me in the emails and said he would rectify with a solution however there has been no response from him even after following up. For a professional who has been doing this for multiple years, he should be well aware of what needs to be delivered as outlined in the agreement. Please be aware that this is not an honest entertainment company and you will be disappointed as what they say they can deliver is not what you get.

My daughter had such a great 7th bday. Although some of the kids at the party were becoming unruly and not listening too well, the Letsbirthday leads did well at staying professional and maintaining control. All the kids were super engaged and every parent in attendance wanted the contact for Letsbirthday because they loved how well the entertainment was.

My daughter recently turned 5, and we opted for their gold package, which included a request for the Hello Kitty mascot to match her birthday theme. Regrettably, the team was late, and the mascot did not appear and had multiple service problems. Nonetheless, after discussing my concerns with the owner, he apologized and provided a solution that helped mitigate our disappointment.

If I was able to give 100 of 100, I would definitely do that! Such a great and amazing team with the affordable price. I just found this team by googling and I was super lucky to call them. If you are looking for a great entertainer for your little one party, it is definitely worth it to call them and then you’ll find how they surprise you by their offers.
