I don’t like to write bad reviews, but this experience really broke my heart, especially since it was right before my birthday. I brought my own balloons in a day early because I had a specific gold and chocolate brown theme. When I came to pick them up, I noticed the brown wasn’t what I had asked for, it was more of a copper shade. I laughed and kindly explained that it wasn’t the color I wanted. Instead of helping, she told me I had “a problem” and that I was “color blind” That comment really hurt and felt unnecessary. When I tried to calmly explain again, she threw the balloons in my face and said she didn’t have time for me because she had other orders. I was so shocked and embarrassed, I didn’t even know how to react. I tried my best not to cry in front of her and the other customers and just asked if she could replace the wrong ones with my own balloons. After seeing how upset I was, she finally agreed to use the balloons I brought, but by then I just wanted to leave. As someone who struggles with anxiety, I left the store shaking and crying. It’s just balloons, it wasn’t such a big deal to treat me that way or make those unnecessary comments. I didn’t deserve to be spoken to like that, especially on my birthday. I’ve worked in customer service for years and would never make a customer feel that way. Truly a heartbreaking experience.

5 stars for the balloons and quick service. Could not find plates/napkins in the aisles as they were messy, so that was my negative. Would buy balloons here again. For when buying balloons, glad we have a local place.
