Hired them for my son’s 5th birthday and they did such an incredible job. Their communication is amazing and would highly recommend! Also loved how they let us keep the name signage! Definitely will be rebooking for future events! 10/10

We are beyond grateful for the beautiful decor for my daughter’s first birthday. Everything was absolutely stunning and made her special day feel so magical. The setup was elegant, high quality, and done with so much care — you can truly tell they love what they do. As a mom celebrating her baby girl turning one, this meant so much to me. They brought my vision to life perfectly and created such a warm, joyful atmosphere for our family and guests. We received so many compliments all day! Thank you for helping make my daughter’s first birthday so memorable. I would wholeheartedly recommend you to anyone looking to make their celebration extra special 🤍

held my 30th birthday party on August 16th and hired Balloon Malloon to decorate. To this day, the experience still bothers me, which is why I’m leaving this review now. From the start, I knew exactly what I wanted and even created a mock-up, which I sent to them. Initially, they were enthusiastic and reassured me that they could execute my vision. I specifically requested an LED sign, but they didn’t inform me until very close to the event date that they wouldn’t be able to source it—leaving me with no time to arrange it myself. The venue gave me a start time of 1:00pm. I even asked a friend to be there at 1:00pm to oversee the setup and make sure everything ran smoothly. However, on the day of the event, I was shocked to receive a message that Balloon Malloon had arrived and started setting up at 9:30am. This led the venue host to attempt to charge me an additional $150 for early setup. When I contacted Balloon Malloon, I was told they had another event and were “trying to accommodate me.” I asked for photos of the setup throughout the day, but they insisted on keeping it a “surprise” because they were confident I would love it. When my caterers arrived at 1:40pm, we video-called and I finally saw the setup. I wanted to cry—it looked nothing like the mock-up I had sent. I paid $1,400 for something that looked cheap and poorly done. I was embarrassed in front of my guests. When I confronted them, they made excuses, claiming the venue wouldn’t allow balloons, sparklers, or confetti. I later proved this was false by sending them videos from the venue’s own page showing those exact things. They eventually returned to add balloons to the pool and to fix a broken backdrop that had collapsed from the wind. To make matters worse, during this time they helped themselves to one of the water cases someone had ordered for my event—without asking first—and I was told they were also smoking at the venue. Both are extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. Overall, I deeply regret booking with Balloon Malloon. They completely failed to deliver what was promised, were dishonest about what was possible, and their behaviour on the day of my event was unacceptable. They ruined the vision I had for my 30th birthday. I’ve attached photos of my original mock-up compared to what was actually delivered so you can judge for yourself.

I used balloon Malloon for my sons first birthday and they went above and beyond for making his day so special. They brought our vision to life and were easy to communicate with, quick with setting up and very professional. They did such an amazing job and excited to book future events with them again!

I had great pleasure working with Balloon Maloon! By far they have done 2 events for me.. For my baby shower I randomly connected with them and the decor turned out so well I just knew I had to work with them for my babys 1st bday as well..They made effort to piece together our idea and it did turn out beautifully !! I would definately recommend them..
