This was our second visit. Staff are friendly and check-in is quick. The price is very reasonable, and the space is large for kids to play. We’ve come on weekends both times, so we expected it to be busy. However, during our second visit it felt overcrowded. Many parents were sitting inside the play areas while chatting, taking up a lot of space. I understand parents supervising toddlers, but older kids don’t always need adults inside the play area. I have a 16-month-old, and the toddler section was filled with groups of parents sitting there. I had to ask staff to kindly request space so my son could play, which felt uncomfortable. Clearer rules about parents staying outside the play area (when possible) would really help. The toddler toys and overall facility need much better cleaning and sanitation, especially since young children frequently put toys in their mouths.

My Kids (including toddler) loved this place! Each group session is 1hr45, saw they had a birthday room as well. They loved the tube on slide the most i think. They have limited capacity for each session so it didnt get too crowded. They have a wheelchair ramp to get in as well. I would only recommend they get a mounted change table installed in the mens bathroom room. Great place!

(: Food and drinks are available for purchase. Juice, water, pizza, snacks etc.. Cleanliness; You can tell it's clean from the moment you walk in, very bright and open also. Even with the chaotic coat and shoe are ( it's not that bad at all, there's plenty of room) Waiver Screens, floors, play area (most ball pits and tunnels stinkkk, not this place) front desk/food area is also clean. And for being so busy the washrooms have always been clean when I've been there. Price: entry, food and drinks decent. Staff is friendly. Booking a party is easy from start to finish. Party rooms clean. Always a good time for everyone!!!

Great facility for children, staff are fairly inattentive. Though its not the staffs job watch others children they should be enforcing some rules ie. Stopping kids from running up the slides and climbing on the outside of the structure where your not supposed to and jumping off the top ropes into the ball pit with small children in it. People need to learn to control their children and teach them some manners before going into a public facility as such.

Treehouse ClubHouse in Pickering is a good place to bring kids for fun. It is best for toddlers. The area is decent size. There is enough space for kids to run around. You can track where your child is easily as the place is not huge. Staff is friendly and the place is clean. Price is reasonable! Hope there will be more play places like this!
