BATL Grounds | Pickering

Had my birthday evening at BATL and had a wicked awesome time. We did the 2 hour package to experience all the options of axe throwing, knife throwing and archery. The staff are the best. Super chill, friendly, fun…yet professional with the training of the sharp objects and how we throw them. They walked you through every step very clearly. Trained you on each experience, giving advice and helping us make the most of our time. Had some snacks and drinks to round out the experience. Snacks were actually really good, and the perfect compliment to a great night Highly highly recommend, and we will be back.

Last night we celebrated my husband’s birthday at Batlground Pickering with an axe throwing surprise, and WOW, what an unforgettable time! From the second we walked in, the energy was high and the staff were absolutely incredible. I had planned the whole thing as a surprise, and they were so helpful and in on it, which made pulling it off even more exciting! The coaches were AMAZING. They made us feel like total pros (even when we definitely were not 😂). They were patient, hilarious, encouraging, and made sure we were safe while still keeping everything fun and competitive. Within minutes we were sticking axes like we were in a championship round! The atmosphere was such a vibe! Fun music, great energy, and the kindest staff who genuinely wanted us to have the best time. My husband had the biggest smile on his face the entire night, which made it all so worth it. I booked the VIP tournament experience for our group and 1000/10 recommend! We got to do a tournament style event, but still got to do free throws which included knives and shovels as well! If you’re looking for a unique, high-energy, ridiculously fun way to celebrate something special: Batlground is the place. We’ll 100% be back! 🪓🎉

We were with Dan and he's a cool chill guy. He helped me work on my form and his tips definitely help. The fries were also great. I'd definitely go back! Lol the pics are all my highlights, my actual score was like 10. 😂

Valentine's day experience. Amazing vibes and was so much fun. We sucked at first but we got a hang of it (axe throwing). Everybody was so helpful and accommodating! We will come back with friends and do a tournament 😄

We had the best time. We did my hubs birthday and Mark made it such a great night for our whole group! Highly recommended for any party or just a date night! It's our 4th time out and we are planning to make it a regular occurrence! Thanks Mark!!!
