Room Escape Ottawa

We were interested in having some fun so we tried out the hardest Escape room. Talked about it afterwards and was so much fun, we booked another. We had a large group each time and they accommodated us. If you are interested in having some different kind of fun and working together as a team, I highly suggest you give it a go ... at least once.

We did the inkgames. We love it. Very original but stressful hahaha. Really well done. We did appreciate that they gave us more time to finish the game so we can do it all. We will come back and do them all. Love escape games. And the employé was amazing. Very nice.

We had an amazing time here. It was by far the best escape room we have ever done. The effects, production value and the range of the puzzles were just so much fun. We did Outbreak and the story and every task was super engaging. Our host was also absolutely amazing, couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Excellent space, really cool multi room escape rooms with awesome themes. We did Deliverance (we did solve it, but we were only a party of two) and Undermined (got this one with 2 mins to spare!). The puzzles were challenging but doable, and the staff were lovely. Definitely would come back with a larger group to tackle Warlocked!

I highly recommend Room Escape Ottawa - not only because we enjoyed the experience but because the customer service was top notch. I planned an outing at Archery Games for my son and nephew (it was my nephew's 12th birthday). Upon arriving at the facility, I realized I had made my booking for two days from now. They have a league that takes place on Mondays so we weren't able to just change the reservation. A little back story... it's been a really crazy couple of weeks for me and I'm extremely sleep deprived. I was in a bit of a panic trying to figure out where I could take these kids to do something fun at the last second. As I was trying my best not to burst into tears from absolute exhaustion and my Mom Fail, the gentleman at reception (Ethan) saved the day. Whether it was because he's business savvy or because he is just a kind and compassionate human being (probably both) he immediately said "Don't worry, we can fix this!" He set us up with an escape room experience and kindly offered me the same promotion I had used to book the Archery Games so that the cost would stay in the same range. The boys and I had a great time! Ethan will never know just how much I appreciated his kindness and his customer service skills have secured you a loyal customer. I will be back (not just because I still owe my nephew an Archery Games experience) and I will tell everyone I know that this is an establishment that deserves our business. Thank you , Ethan!
