Adam Bakes

Great baked goods, croissant has a nice lacy crumb which means the layers are almost perfect. The outside of the croissant might doesn’t have the perfect layered look but the inside sure does. It’s not as greasy but buttery enough compared to some other croissants you find in the city. The pumpkin spice cheesecake is much lighter than traditional cheesecake, but slightly heavier than a Japanese cheesecake. The only downside is he only opens one day a week.

Adam Bakes is nothing short of extraordinary! The croissants are the best I’ve ever had...perfectly golden and flaky on the outside, unbelievably soft and buttery on the inside. If you love croissants, grab one at Morning Owl on Rochester. Shout out to Tom at Morning Owl for helping me out. 🥐

We ordered two cakes from Adam for our February wedding! We had previously tried his baking, and saw how beautiful his cakes were so we reached out. Ordering and pick-up was easy. No delivery options, but that was fine with our plans. We ordered the carrot cake and the banana dulce de leche! Both were delicious and we received so many compliments on them. Even the staff at our venue were asking where we got them. The carrot cake went quicker than the banana, but both were a hit! Would recommend their cakes for any celebration.

Fantastic little small business on Rochester Street. Fantastic big goods delicious croissant, And a welcoming, cosy atmosphere and staff. Love this little store and highly recommend visiting it.
