The Decor Guys (Party and Event Rentals)

I rented cocktail tables and small white chairs for my event. These people were excellent to deal with!! The items were perfect and came in handy bags!! The tables looked so cool set up in my basement! This company is Informative, professional, good prices and so friendly at pick up! Loaded the items for me! Deposit returned when they said! I will absolutely use them again. The only disappointing thing I need to mention is that when I went to drop the items off, there was nobody there to help me and I wish I had known that ahead of time because it was very heavy and I had to do it all myself. Had known earlier I would’ve taken my son or some help with me. Thank you for being so good to deal with!

They were so cooperative in meeting my needs. Set up and take down were quick and quiet. The quality of the tent added protection and ambience to my event. They even have chairs and tables making it a one stop place for all my party needs big and small. Can't wait to have another occasion to use the Decor Guys.

What a great company to work with! I was an event planner and used several vendors in the GTA. I was looking for a company close to home that provided rentals for our summer BBQ. I found the Decor Guys website during a quick google search. First off, the website was super easy to navigate through, accurate and reasonable pricing and simple date selection/ payment process - I liked how there were several payment options as well. Right away, I received a call from the Decor Guys to confirm my order (along with a confirmation email). Then, the scheduled delivery went smooth and rentals were perfect (got a 10x20 tent, foldable chairs and tables). I paid extra for set up and it was well worth it; 3 team members came and took about 30mins to set up. This definitely took away the stress of having to take time out of my day to set everything up. They even provided me with the tent walls last minute at time of delivery which was much needed after we had a rainy event day. Finally, the day after the the team came and took everything down, as well as refunded the $200 security deposit. I am extremely pleased with the Decor Guys, their staff and service. I will certainly be renting from them for my next event!!

The Decor Guys were lifesavers for my wedding! I reached out on Thursday evening before my Saturday wedding due to an unexpected cold snap, and they quickly arranged delivery of six outdoor heaters. The heaters made our outdoor dinner bearable and kept our guests comfortable. Some units were damaged by high winds, but the team was great to work with and handled the situation fairly. Their quick response and professionalism made a huge difference—highly recommend!

We rented a bouncy castle from The Decor Guys back in May. It was a very easy and smooth process and they were very friendly to deal with. They made sure to wipe down and vacuum the castle once it was blown up to make sure it was clean and ready to use. Setup and take down was pretty fast. Definitely recommend this company!
