Marc literally saved the day for me. I was able to make contact and have reply with minutes if sending a text to the number on the website. Although he was on a job, he still took the time to be professional with information. When I arrived at his shop, he was ready to serve. With my request told, he gave me a instant quote and got to work. I brought in my own balloons. I AM SOOOOOO PLEASED with everything he did for me and my 8 year old. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, I will be back to support Marc in the future. (Fyi - I wanted the balloons were left separate, so I could put them together)

What can our family say about Marcus and his lovely assistant, they are like family to us , Marcus takes customer service to another level . We use his balloon services for every life event we celebrate… wouldn’t think of going anywhere else, from our family birthdays to granddaughters sweet sixteen, retirement party and even our company milestones. Added so much stress to my daughter's 1st birthday. I was shocked how I was treated as a customer given all the high reviews. I tried visiting in person twice and the store was locked both times, even though it was in the small 3hr window they're actually open. I called and he was very apologetic and explained he could deliver them as an apology. I was surprised and confirmed with him that the location was outside of Oshawa, but he insisted he could deliver so I figured he was trying to make up for his mistake. However, as soon as I paid and tipped him, oh he can't deliver its too far. Like, it was laughably bad service. I found him to be unprofessional and condescending. He kept telling me how many jobs he works and calling me ma'am. He laughed at some of my colour questions, but I had tried to visit in person because I know colours can be hard to visualize online. I'm not sure why I was treated so differently than all these other customers. It's my daughter's second birthday and I would have loved to support a small local business. I found him untrustworthy on more than one occasion. So disappointed. Edit to add: Whoa, I hope others will see how he continues to talk down to me and is very defensive in his response. I did not call to complain multiple times. I only ever called once, and it was because the door was locked during the 3 hour in-person hours listed on the door. I was very friendly and he apologized. This guy is sexist. I never once called to complain. Also, you can see he continues to insist on using a gendered pronoun I expressed I do not like, so I question whether this business is 🚫🏳️‍🌈 friendly. "we do not want you to support our small business". Yikes!

I have used “Balloons Balloons Balloons” for the past 3 years. I have always received wonderful customer service. Every year on my Granddaughters Birthday I order the jumbo number in the bouquet of balloons. I live in Niagara and my family live in Oshawa and I never have to worry that her “Birthday Balloon delivery” will be anything but perfect!!!! I am so happy to have found this company and I will certainly continue to order from them, hopefully for many years to come.
