PeaPod Indoor Playground

Visited for the first time today with my 2 toddlers (3 and 21 months). The staff are extremely friendly and patient. One even gave my daughter her bracelet which was such a sweet gesture… my daughter kept complimenting her on it and she just took it right off of her wrist and gave it to her! Such a memorable moment. My children loved this play place. My son, especially enjoyed the sand pit and the fire truck. We were also invited to attend their music class and my daughter loved it. It was clean and the colours/aesthetic of the place was very calming and not so overstimulating which I appreciated. We will definitely be back.

This place is really good but parents should know what to expect. The activities are ranged and very enjoyable for babies and toddlers. Overall it is a positive review and I would recommend a visit. However, the big disappointment was cleanliness. Don't expect anything special. For example, the ball pit is full of hair so who knows how often that is cleaned. But with that said, if you let your kid play in a McDonald's play place or an outdoor park, this is not dirtier than those so I'm willing to forgive it; I'm just disappointed that's the case. I initially expected more. However, the one thing I can't forgive is the uncleanliness and unsanitariness of the washrooms. Full garbage and diaper bin. And the cleaning log on the door indicated it hadn't been cleaned since 2pm despite it requiring cleanup every 2hrs (I visited at 7pm). The on duty staff need to do better.

Had a birthday party for my 2 year old here and everybody absolutely loved it! The party room was very nice the staff was so accommodating helping to set up tables where I wanted them placed the set up was smooth and the room was cleaned properly and very quickly from a party that had just ended before ours started. Many comments from my guests was how clean the play area was kept, staff was always cleaning disinfecting and organizing the small toys in the areas. It was bright and beautifully laid out. I am generally not impressed by indoor play places but this one was a delightful surprise! Everything was amazing we were so happy with the venue and the staff. Highly highly recommend this play place and will absolutely be returning with my little ones

For toddlers, it's just the prefect size. Cleanliness is okay. I did see a few hairs in the ballpit but everything else was pretty clean. I did not go into the washroom. Eating area was okay and wasn't too full.

We were here for the first time last week and we’re impressed! The kids’ room is very clean, with lots of different play areas and toys. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We’ll be coming here more often — it’s perfect for the winter season.
