Hopedale Bowl

One of the few 5-pin bowling places in GTA. The place is located quite some level below the ground. It may survive a nuclear apocalypse! Remember, this is different that regular bowling. The pins are obviously 5 & the balls are small, which makes it perfect to tag along the kids. A bit dated infrastructure with wear & tear of the balls and machines showing up. But nothing to stop you from having a great game of family bowling. Prices are reasonable & includes shoe rental & sometimes even a bowl of popcorn. There is a small tuck shop & some arcade games as well. Overall, not a bad place. We will return.

normally a fan of ten pin, but the five pin was alright. my friends and i were not familiar with it so it was rare to get a strike or hit any pins without bumpers. paid about 21 bucks each for three people. a bit pricer in comparison to other bowling alleys. staff was nice. received free popcorn which was stale and stuck to our teeth. we experienced some issues with the balls returning but it was quickly fixed by attendant definitely a part of oakville history. glow in the dark was a cool experience.

Great prices, wonderful friendly staff. We had a birthday party for my 6 year old son. Kids and parents had fun 😄. Great experience!!! Will come again!

Oh man, this place is a classic. If you haven't visited yet, you need to because I'm not sure how much longer it's going to be around (new developments being proposed). It's a 5 pin bowl and a ton of fun. It's relatively cheap to play and everything is provided for you. Bring food if you get hungry quickly, because their options are extremely limited. Anyways, I always have a good time here
