Level X Playland

Pros: Enjoyed all the variety, the maze is quite amazing, found it clean. Cons: Whoever owns this place needs to address the amount of broken, unusable, taped up broken equipment. See photos for just small amount I saw. Can you please let us know what you are doing in comments to fix these. If you don't fix it, these could lead to child injury or being sued for not doing the upkeep. I'm giving warning now so if anything does happen it is on record and owner is doing something more then tape up or e putting up sign.

I was really disappointed with this place. Almost everything looks very old and worn out. On top of that, several of the games require you to buy extra tokens (about $1.50 each) just to use them, even after paying to get in. It felt unusual and honestly not worth it. I expected a much better experience for kids. However, I do want to mention that the staff member working there was very kind

I will objectively write my experience and let the reader make the reactions. Firstly, we were charged for admission differently than what their website states. Secondly, I was fasting and asked for specifically pepperoni free pizza, which I emphasized, she said okay, and the coffee was 5.99 and pizza 3.99 but was charged 16 CAD. Anyways, so after having a few bites of the pizza, I noticed something different and found pepperoni under the cheese all over the slice, so I asked her what was that, she said she didn't know, at which point I mentioned I don't eat pork, and she replied with I don't think it has pork I'm Muslim too. I showed her how a simple Google search shows that it's mostly pork. Then I asked for fries instead, a few minutes later she brought five dollars saying she ran out of oil. Sidenote: the play place isn't bad, the cafeteria area is not well maintained.

My kids and I have visited so many times, and they always have a blast while I get to relax with friends. It’s truly a safe, fun, and enjoyable place for the whole family!

HORRIBLE!!! This is by far the worst indoor playground I have been to. It’s very dirty, everything is old, heavily used and overall looking bad. Lots is broken. Trampoline has tape in the middle to cover a hole. Severe safety issues also noted - maintenance room unlocked and available for kids to access. Small, dirty and uncomfortable area for change and outdoor clothes storage. The price here, however, is higher than other places. I took a lot of pictures for this review… Overall advice - go elsewhere.
