We went as a group and had a really fun time. Everyone was already familiar with the escape room concept, but the puzzles were still challenging 😅 which was great because it really made us think and work together. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere inside the room felt very realistic, which made the experience even better. We will definitely come back to try another room!

We did both Haunting of Noriko and The Ark. The set design was incredibly detailed and immersive. The puzzles were challenging in the best way possible. They were clever, engaging and satisfying to solve. I highly recommend. One thing I would suggest is to add a sofa or two in the lobby to make it more inviting and cozy place to wait.

We came as a group of 4 best friends & roommates, and we had so much fun! We did the Last Resort room and found the puzzles to be challenging but not impossible. It was a good level of scaredness where we were on edge but not too terrified to play through the room. One of us is a big scaredy cat but managed to keep it together. There aren't really any visual jumpscares, just sounds and lights, but if you cannot tolerate being in the dark/very dim lighting, maybe this isn't the best room for you! There's no small spaces or physical aspect to the room. There are lockers to keep your things in and coat hooks inside the actual room, which is nice. We can't remember the name of the staff member who helped us but they were great! Very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a blast going through the room and we will definitely be back to do other ones!

Very organized be joking process. Our group was well received and the staff on site. Explain the process well we’re friendly and accommodating. The room that we selected was challenging well laid out with great visuals and just the right amount of hints to not allow it to get frustrating. We were there with eight players and all of them enjoy themselves

Really fun! We did the last resort. Puzzles were challenging and room felt spooky. Excellent customer service today!!! We could have used 15 more min in there but I guess that's also what makes it challenging.
