Chuck E. Cheese

I briefly visited in August 2025 as I heard it was one of the only location left in Ontario with the full animatronic band and just had to see them in person. I would definitely visit again, as long as the full band remains! I miss the concept of sit down pizzeria arcades with a show, even if the animatronics themselves don’t move like they used to

Excellent experience here for a summer treat! We went during the day at opening hours to avoid the rush. People are friendly and the games were fun. Unfortunately a small portion of games were not working at the time. It gets busy closet to 12pm and happened to be multiple parties here. But overall expected great experience.

Had our event at Chuck.E.Cheese North York and it was a blast! We had the ultimate package and it didn't disappoint. Our 5 year old birthday boy was very pleased with his special birthday event. Our hostess (Anika) was superb! She went above and beyond for us to ensure we were super eased during the event, our son and his friends enjoyed their day to the fullest, and ensuring the birthday boy truly had a special day. From having all the game passes ready to go when we arrived, to getting us to our seats and evening helping us with serving our guests their food and cake! I chose North York over Whitby, as it seemed more clean and coordinated. The games seemed to be better well maintained. Glad we went there. Great event hosting for the younger ages.

Such a wonderful place for kids! Highly recommend! Lots of rides that are perfect for toddlers all the up to teens! Spacious, bright and clean. There’s a trampoline play structure section as well - but for an additional cost.

Below par customer service experience from GM general manager Trisha. She’s rude and a long shot from customer centric. 2 weeks prior to my child’s party a CEC, party host called me confirming all details of my party. Indicating I’m permitted to purchase 2x $129 party packages. At the time on the website in the FAQ section it says it’s permitted. Two days prior Trisha telephoned me indicating it wasn’t allowed. They made changes to their website. She wouldn’t honour the deal. Since the staff already previously confirmed it’s acceptable you should honour the price originally discussed. The food services staff try to upsell you everything without explanation of any added costs. This place is a complete money gouge. I would not recommend throwing a party here. There’s multiple birthday parties going on at once and children don’t get to play with each other cus they’re consumed by the arcade games.
