I'm a bit disappointed with our experience. We did the Secret Library and one of the first clues written on the wall to dial on the telephone however when I put the code in nothing happened so we continued on with the room as far as we could get until we couldn't go further. I went back and tried the phone again... didn't work. We searched the other areas again thinking maybe we missed something and ended up having to ask for a clue. The employee said the code on the wall is for the phone, I told him i tried a couple times and nothing happened. But this time it worked.... I feel like we wasted a lot of time because of that. Another issue, and perhaps we may have missed a clue or direction, with the 3 big keys there was no clue as to where they went and then to guess they went in the other room and to guess they would have to be placed in order on top of the box.. just seemed more like guessing than a clue. Also, a couple times when we had to ask for a clue and the employee was responding, it felt like we were being talked to like we were stupid. I've done many escape rooms and never been talked to the way your employees talked to us. When we first arrived there were 2 employees we met at the desk (male & female). At one point when asking for a clue a 3rd person came in our room. We had no idea who he was at first. It seemed a bit odd to send someone in we haven't seen when checking in. Also, one of your employees made a rude comment over the walkie regarding customers age... I'm not sure why exactly but I don't mind calling to inform the owner as to what was said on both ends. At the end while taking a picture there was a 4th person with them possibly a friend...? Either way it was awkward and uncomfortable having everyone stare at us while trying to take a picture. Also, the lighting is not the best in that room for pics. *** I took a look at previous reviews and would also like to add a few more issues that were posted previously and what we had experienced as well... - I agree with the signs. Could be bigger/brighter. There's a lot going on, very busy, a lot to look at. - I read a review with the response of the owner stating customers can ask the staff to turn up the heat if they're cold, however when we were walked into the room we were told to keep our coats on because it's cold in there which made us feel there wasn't a choice. How awkward to play an escape room with coats on...and cold. At this time of the year when you know you have rooms booked why not just turn up the heat and have it comfortable for the customers instead of them having them ask... had we known it was an option we wouldve asked. But how long through our room would it take for it to warm up...? - There was customers in another room and we could hear them. It was distracting. Perhaps some low eerie music in the rooms would help. Even if we couldn't hear others, music would still be nice. Just something low anyways. - many reviews stated they had issues with booking when it says "call to book". I also ran into this issue and it was early enough in the day when it said it for the 5pm room. I tried calling several hours before, leaving a msg. There was no call back at all. This isn't the first time either. I tried calling a few times throughout the year and had this issue each time. I'd also like to add.. I agree with other reviews - The picture that is advertised is nothing like the room

Cody was our host and he made the experience so worth it. I booked for the city morgue with 6 people and we had to use many hints (i swear that was rlly hard) and he made us laugh so many times helping us. Will for sure book again with this place, hope to see you again Cody! (promise we’ll do better next time 😭)

It was a good time, for sure. Room was well set up, and they accommodated us even though we were last minute, so we appreciated that very much. Would try again, as we failed to escape! Good times!!

Did the stranger things room there and the morgue(Tip if you’re playing the morgue have a jacket or sweater with you it was cold🥶 lol), they were both well done and interesting, some puzzles seemed a bit of a stretch but some of them were really nice and well hidden and hard to solve. Gave a good challenge! Will definitely be back for more !
