Exceptional customer service. When I called I spoke with Debbie and she assisted me in ordering the correct replacement trampoline mat, Canadian made replacement springs and an power bounce hook. She checked for stock, made suggestions and returned calls very promptly. After placing my order the parts were at my door in 2 days. They are my go to trampoline store!

We needed replacement parts for our JumpSport Elite trampoline, and were directed to a company in Alberta as their only rep in Canada. Those people were not interested at all in helping us. I am happy to have found Trampoline Country as another representative of JumpSport in Canada. Debbie was a pleasure to work with: she took interest in what we needed, was generous with time and advice when discussing with us the replacement parts, sent us the information with options about the installation, and had reasonable prices. I was researching to buy a rebounder and there are so many out there which made it confusing. Since they're not cheap, I wanted to purchase a quality one and its hard to tell which one is better. Since I'm Canadian, also didn't want to buy outside Canada for obvious reasons exchange/duty etc. Luckily I found this Canadian family owned company. They have different brands but I ended up getting the Sundance one. I spoke with Debbie who was very helpful. Two days later it was delivered and from the weight of the box I knew it was sturdy. All I had to do was screw on the legs. Its very well made and I'm been enjoying it. Highly recommend this company
