Loved the place! Originally won a 30min voucher but was happy to pay extra and extend to a whole hour. The games are super cool and the gentlemen was extremely helpful. Attendees was my son and I had a super time!

I’m being generous giving this place two stars because the first experience I had was nice. Upon returning there was a new worker and the customer service was terrible. My vr headset died mid game so I had to switch to a non functional one. This headset kept going pitch black to the point where the worker got frustrated and started yelling at me. In my opinion this negates everything positive about this place. There are good things, my favourite games are dead ahead and arrow song. But the customer service was so horrible, will not be coming back.

The selection of games is tiny compared to other vr arcades I’ve been to, and truly I got bored very fast. The equipment was average and we did get more space to roam around the game. It was multi-roomed. Though I feel you get what you pay for as I feel this is more on the budget side. To conclude, my suggestion is ADD MORE GAMES on the vr’s and maybe give people the option to use other gaming equipment like the racing sets.

I found very pricey for the whole experience. The place seems very odd. We booked for 5:30 and the employee was late. The set up was late and it took very long. The customer service was bad. The water bottle seems not good, it was in the fridge for a long time. There was not proper instructions for new gamers. The VR was not calibrated, I kept bumping into people all the time.

This was an incredibly fun hour with my 10 year old son. Amazing daddy and son time spent. Games and tech was remarkably fun and simple to use! We will return many times!! Thank you. I highly recommend. For kids and adults!!
