Playtown

We just hosted a private 1st birthday party here for my son and booked the whole place. The event was a success and everyone raved about the place! There was ample room for all the guest (45 adults, 25 kids), the place was spotless clean when we arrived, everything in the play area was neatly arranged. We were so grateful for the 3 staff members who were there during the whole event and helped us keep things running smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place for a birthday party. The kids aged 6mo-10 years didn’t want to leave! Thank you Kids Playtown:) Your service from booking the event till the very end was fantastic! 5 stars! ⭐️

Being a toddler mom, we are always in the lookout for new play places especially during the winter months. We visited Kid’s playtown on a Sunday. As per the instructions we had to e-transfer before to get a slot confirmation. All we received is a message, no email, no receipt, no waiver form( which is something we received from similar indoor play places). Even though this place has a lot of pretend play set ups and we were super excited, this place is not well maintained. There was absolutely no employee on the floor except the check-in counter, toys are all scattered, nothing is in place, grocery store items are at the fire station and vet clinic things are somewhere else, no one to monitor to put things back to where they should be. Some of the soft toys look very old, costumes look like they were never washed and some are torn. Concerned if they even do any dusting/ cleaning. Not coming back

We went on a Sunday at 10:00am. Sadly there wasn’t even one other kid there just me and my child. To my son it was definitely a 5 star. He had a great time. He loved the construction zone, the fire station, the grocery store, the restaurant and the race cars. He also enjoyed the building blocks and train sets. One person working and they were kind. I’m rating it a three star because reviews were dead on… the place is filthy. I wonder if the costumes are ever washed. There was thick… I mean balls of dust every where … I was sketchy the entire time about my son playing with these toys knowing how disgusting counters and bins were I can only imagine … if there is thick dust in plain site … this leads me to believe they don’t clean the place. However it was very tidy… everything was in tack. I wouldn’t go back but my son did enjoy it and that’s all that matters. We can just clean up after play.

Kid's Playtown- RE..... is a great place for kids' birthday parties or any special events for kids. Yes, it's really a fun place for everyone ... of course, kids love this place . The management provides or arranges some food for you , and you can bring your own food too. You guys have to book your reservation before your party, according to your plans ....how much space do you need etc etc. No doubt it's a nice place for kids.

We went there with my 1.5 year old toddler. We were there for the first time slot 10am - 12 pm. The first room you walk into is the change room where you take of your shoes. The room was not clean, which gave a bad start to the whole experience. The receptionist was eating breakfast and at the same time admitting customers. Why not eat before 10 am or at 10:30 am when most 10 am people would be in? The place is fairly big with variety of stations for little kids to play. With the smoky air quality it’s definitely an option but, there could be much more done to make the place welcoming. For example there could be little kid songs playing in the background rather than complete silence. The cash registers located in few spots do not work, they just collect dust. Overall I had mixed impressions of the place, but my toddler did not mind anything and had good time.
